Ticket Conditions

• Confirmation of the date and place will be made by phone, WhatsApp or by email once you have purchased the flight ticket.

• All reservations are assigned a reservation code. To make any queries about the flight, you must use this code.
• The flight ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is possible to extend it one more year for the amount of 20 Euros. In case of pregnancy, the expiration period is extended by 9 months free of charge.
• The Balloon Ride is transferable! There is the possibility of changing the beneficiary and the flight area, since the tickets are not personalized. Only flight seats are reserved.
• If the flight is suspended on the agreed date for reasons beyond the passenger's control (weather forecast, lack of a minimum group, etc.), a new date can be chosen.
• The flight date can be changed in agreement with Aircat, up to 7 days before the ballon tour.
• The cost of the ticket will not be refunded in case of no-show or delay on the day of the flight.
• The tour will be shared with other passengers. The maximum number of people inside the balloon is 10 and the minimum is 6. If you want to book an exclusive flight, do not hesitate to ask us.
